F.O.B. means you always pay freight for tank and parts. Estimated means it could be high or low. These are only estimates. Aero Enterprises cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in shipping charges. Most tanks 40 gallons or less can be shipped via UPS, which is much cheaper, but Aero Enterprises is not responsible for freight damage. TRANSPORTATION: We encourage using a common carrier. Freight moves faster and damage free. We are not responsible for damage to product during shipping.

DAMAGED, LOST AND SHORT SHIPMENTS: U.P.S. - You must notify your local U.P.S. office immediately. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE IS THE CARRIER'S WHETHER THE DAMAGE IS VISIBLE OR CONCEALED. CUSTOMER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER. Customer is responsible for paying freight back to us.

There is NO REFUND on any electrical component ALL returns must be returned to us PREPAID SHIPPING. Any freight collect shipments will be refused. All claims shall be evaluated and credited upon decision of our factory. Refund checks or charge card credits will be less any shipping charges Aero Enterprises incurs.

PAYMENT: Certified checks, money orders and bank drafts are preferred. We also accept personal checks, but please remember that personal checks will take longer because your order will not be shipped until your check clears your bank. We also accept Visa and MasterCard (excluding custom tanks). Please include card number, expiration date and authorized signature. We will not accept checks with Post Office Box addresses. California residents please add 7.75% sales tax. Please include your phone number with all orders! We do not accept C.O.D. orders!
